Why am I getting an email from Arrow if I didn’t sign-up with Arrow

Even though you did not sign up with Arrow, the eCommerce seller you shopped at uses Arrow to enable a secure, fast and fuss-free checkout experience for buyers like yourself. We won’t be signing you up for any spam - just relevant updates or actions required from you for your order.

What emails should I be expecting from Arrow after an order

None! Your seller will be sending you emails directly on order details or shipping updates.

Arrow is the fastest way to checkout online. When you see a Arrow checkout button on a website, livestream or social media platform, click/tap on the button and your order is instantly confirmed. We’ll process your order with your saved personal details and favourite payment method.

What happens when I press Arrow

You checkout instantly, if you’ve used Arrow before. Don’t worry, you’ll still have time after the confirmation to edit details on shipping, change/add new payment methods or cancel your order.

Where is my shipping tracking information

When you checkout with Arrow, the seller provides Arrow an estimated delivery time and date. However, please refer to the seller’s website or email updates for the latest info on your order shipping tracking information.

How do I update my shipping address in buyer dashboard

Login to your Arrow account instantly with one click on the Arrow website. On your Consumer dashboard, navigate to “My Info”. You will be able to add new shipping addresses, edit existing ones, and choose a new default shipping address.

How does Arrow handle an existing Arrow account on a new device

If you are using a new device the Arrow checkout screen will appear the same as it would for a new user. Once you fill in your email address or mobile linked to your Arrow account, the screen will prompt you to fill in the authorization code sent to your email or mobile. Once the code is inputed, you will be logged in and checkout-ed with your Arrow account.

Why don’t I need to enter a username or password

Arrow is built to facilitate quick, fuss free checkout experiences. We have built amazing technology to ensure your credentials are even more securely stored and used than conventional usernames and passwords authentication combination.

Does Arrow offer subscription functionality

Arrow will be ready soon to offer you the capability to sign-up for subscription-based services!

How do I change my card information

Login to your Arrow account instantly with one click on the Arrow website. On your Consumer dashboard, navigate to “My Info”. You will be able to add new cards, edit existing ones, and choose a new default card for payment.

Alternatively, when you next checkout with Arrow on a seller website, you can make all the same changes to your cards at the order confirmation step.

How come I can't see or view the checkout window

Make sure pop-up and ad blockers are turned off for your browser.

What information do you collect

We collect information that you provide to us when checking out with Arrow as well as information about your device. You can manage all the information that your provide to us on the Arrow Buyer dashboard.

Where is my data stored

We store your data in your Arrow account and you can manage that information from your Buyer dashboard.

Do you store my data? How do you handle data

Arrow stores and encrypts all your data to facilitate your one-click checkout on sellers’ that have Arrow.

Does Arrow share email addresses with the merchants

We share this with sellers once you hit the Arrow checkout button. Sellers need this to send you updates on your shipment and order status. We will allow you to opt out of mailing lists if a seller will be using your email address for such purposes.

Will merchants be able to approve or reject transactions based on risks

Arrow relies on the existing risk and fraud prevention tools sellers are using to monitor eCommerce transactions.

What kind of security do you use to protect my information

Arrow is serious about security and privacy. When you provide information to Arrow or use its products, it is encrypted to keep your data as secure as possible (i.e., storing card credentials against the same, strict standards that banks and payments companies follow). Information stored on our servers is kept secure both physically and electronically by encrypting it at rest and in transit.
